Overcoming Depresion Guilt

This Website and others like it can help you reduce the stigma and personal shame associated with depression.

A group of Australian researchers had depressed patients read depression related and cognitive training Websites. They then assessed the impact that the Websites had on feelings of shame and stigma associated with being depressed.

Results showed that the Websites significantly reduced these negative feelings.

Do you struggle with feelings of shame because of depression? If so, using this Website to educate yourself about depression can help.

By participating in the "How to Transform Your Life" E-Workshop you can develop the cognitive-behavioral coping skills needed to effectively manage your depression. To learn more click here.
