The Transformation Skills Forum is one of the Depression Help Online Support Forums. But this one is different from the others. This is a private forum only open to members.

As you know, making changes in your life is hard. It is even harder to try to make changes without help and support.

The purpose of the Transformation Skills Forum is to give members a format where they can support each other as they apply transformation skills to their lives. It is for members to both give and receive help.

Transformation skills training is required for membership in the forum.

The forum is open to those who have received transformation skills training in one of Dr. Stanley's hospital groups or office groups. It is also open to those who have received training through The "How to Transformation Your Life" E-Workshop.

By restricting the Transformation Skills Forum to those who have received training, all participates share a common approach to personal growth and development, coping, and problem solving. Thus, they can help each other become more skilled in using the tools and techniques that make up the Transformation Skills Model.
